Battle Of Trafalgar Display
BATTLE OF TRAFALGAR DISPLAY SITUATION AT NOON, 21 OCTOBER, 1805 We live in a 55+ community near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, USA. We have a small group of gamers with diverse interests and miniatures assets and board games that gathers weekly. We play ancients, AWI, age of sail, WWI, WWII and contemporary land and naval, as well Martian Front and X-Wing. At our community’s bi-annual Crafts and Hobby Fair, I set up a display Battle of Trafalgar using 1/2400 scale castings. Two years ago I displayed Battle of Midway using 1/1200. Four years ago I displayed Battle of Jutland fleet deployments at 1830 hrs. using 1/6000. The event is useful for generating interest in miniatures gaming as well as a ”hard-stop” incentive to complete my painting projects. Now that my fleets are painted, “Wooden Ships and Iron Men” beckons! Please enjoy the photographs below. AERIAL DRONE VIEW OF THE BATTLE
